3. Type: command
4. At the prompt type vol and hit enter.
5. The volume serial number should appear, generally an eight digit code
example: 4A98-6I57
6. Write down this number and include it with your request.

When we receive your information, we will submit it to Chance to get your access code and directions for downloading the program.
